What's included in the buffet package price?
Food and beverages, staffing (onsite chef, event manager, and 1 server per 30 guests for a 4-hour event), equipment, buffet linens, setup and breakdown — plus chafers, serving utensils, premium clear acrylic plates, cups, forks and napkins. Dinnerware can be upgraded.
Is cake cutting really free?
Yes — cake cutting services are complimentary with any wedding buffet menu.
Can we taste the food before we book?
Tastings are available on request for $100, and that $100 is applied toward your final invoice if you choose Flavor by Chef Kenya as your caterer.
Can you build a custom menu?
Yes. Chef Kenya creates custom menus as needed and accommodates special requests across BBQ, American, Mediterranean and Italian cuisines. The event manager will walk through options with you.
What enhancements can we add?
A potato station (+$3.50/person), cocktail hour with hand-passed items (+$3.00/person), a carving station with a chef for prime rib or beef tenderloin (+$4.00/person), and bar service (+$400, bartender and setup included — you provide the alcohol).

All of Central Florida — Merritt Island, all of Brevard County — Melbourne, Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Titusville, Palm Bay and beyond — as well as the Orlando area and across Central Florida.
